Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect only what we need to talk to you and do the work, and nothing on this site tracks you.
What we collect
- The contact form: your name, email and message. The form also has a hidden field that people leave empty and spam bots fill in, which is how we filter out spam.
- Emails and calls you send us.
- Project information and account access you give us to do the work.
- Billing details. Payments go through our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser, kept by our hosting and security providers.
No tracking on this site
ivs.dev has no analytics, no ad pixels and no tracking cookies. Cloudflare sits in front of the site to protect it, and may set strictly necessary cookies to do that job. They’re for security, not for tracking or advertising.
Why we use it
To reply to you, do the work, bill for it, keep things secure, and meet our legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the business: hosting and security (including Cloudflare), email, and payment processing. Beyond that, only when the law requires it.
Client sites we host
If we host your site, we handle the data on it on your behalf and under your instructions. Your visitors are covered by your own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and client records are kept as long as we need them for our work together and for tax and legal reasons. Then they’re deleted.
Your choices
- Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect about them and to ask us to delete it. We don’t sell personal information.
- Do Not Track: we don’t track you across sites, so your browser’s Do Not Track setting doesn’t change anything here.
- Children: this site and our services aren’t directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. Questions go to [email protected].
